Gemma Nastasi Marotta is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and Certified in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), with 16 years of experience helping clients get unstuck, build confidence, and create lasting change. Using evidence-based tools from positive psychology, lifestyle medicine, and behavior change science, Gemma works with clients on life, health, stress, and career goals — both in person in Red Bank, NJ and virtually from anywhere.
