Welcome to Gels by Hatti, a private home-based studio in Barnstaple offering personalised nail and beauty treatments in a relaxed, comfortable and professional setting. I specialise in builder gel, while also offering a full range of nail treatments - from builder gel extensions to gel polish, and gel toes - creating beautiful nails tailored to your style. Along with nails, I offer a range of beauty treatments including eyebrow waxing and tinting, lash lifts, and facial waxing - perfect for enhancing your natural features. Each treatment is carried out with care and precision, always using high-quality, vegan and animal cruelty free products, so you leave feeling confident, pampered, and the best version of yourself. Every detail matters.
Policy and Terms
Clients can reschedule appointments up until 48 hours before their booked time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows require full payment for the missed appointment. Failure to pay will result in future appointments being cancelled. For insurance purposes and my own peace of mind, I will not infill another nail technicians work. If you arrive to your appointment with someone else’s work on your nails, the appointment will be cancelled and an 100% fee of the appointment will be applied due to the slot not being able to be filled at such short notice. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service can be carried out. If you are late, the appointment may have to be shortened, or cancelled with fees applicable.
