Policy and Terms

At GG Brow Studio, we value your time and ours. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Grace Period / Late Policy Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, a late fee of 20% of the scheduled service price will be required in order to reschedule your appointment. Appointments may be canceled if the delay affects the next client. Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits will go toward the total cost of the service. If you cancel late or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation Policy Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of the deposit. No-shows will also lose the deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to book again. Accepted Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: • Cash • Credit / Debit Card • Zelle • Apple Pay No checks are accepted. Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above. These policies are in place to respect the time of all clients and to maintain a professional schedule.
