By booking an appointment with Fur-Ever Friends Mobile Dog Grooming, you acknowledge and agree to the following: * I certify that my pet is healthy enough for grooming services and that all information provided regarding my pet’s health, behavior, and grooming history is accurate. * Fur-Ever Friends Mobile Dog Grooming is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions, illnesses, injuries, skin irritations, allergic reactions, or conditions that may become apparent during or after grooming. * Grooming may occasionally reveal or aggravate pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to, skin irritations, hotspots, ear infections, warts, moles, matting-related injuries, and other health concerns. I understand that these conditions are not caused by the grooming process itself. * Severely matted coats may require shorter grooming styles and can result in skin irritation, redness, cuts, or exposure of pre-existing skin conditions. Additional fees may apply for extensive de-matting. * I understand that grooming can be stressful for some pets. For the safety of the pet and groomer, Fur-Ever Friends Mobile Dog Grooming reserves the right to refuse, stop, or modify services at any time if a pet becomes aggressive, excessively stressed, or poses a safety risk. * While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of each pet, I agree to release and hold harmless Fur-Ever Friends Mobile Dog Grooming, its owner, employees, and representatives from liability for injuries, illnesses, accidents, losses, damages, or veterinary expenses that may occur during or after grooming, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. * I authorize Fur-Ever Friends Mobile Dog Grooming to seek veterinary treatment in the event of an emergency if I cannot be reached. I understand that all veterinary expenses incurred will be my responsibility. * Payment is due upon completion of services. Cancellation, no-show, and late policies apply as stated at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Policies.
