From Fail To Prevail is a creditable tutoring and homeschooling service led by a dedicated professional. Ashley Ervin has over 10 years teaching experience in both public and private schools. She has created From Fail to Prevail to provide personalized academic support for students in Pre-K through 8th grade. We offer one-on-one in-person and virtual tutoring sessions as well as small group sessions. Our experienced educators create tailored lesson plans to address each student's unique needs and learning style based upon both formal and informal assessments. Our teachers are here to help your child excel in reading, writing, math, and more. With a focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning, we strive to empower students to reach their full potential. In addition to tutoring services, we also offer homeschool instruction and guidance. Our professionals can help guide parents in the homeschool process for Anne Arundel County, provide approved curriculum and programs appropriate for your child, as well as incorporate and teach meaningful lessons for all core subjects. Whether your child needs extra support to be brought to grade- level, help with homework, test preparation, homeschool teaching or enrichment activities, From Fail To Prevail is here to support their academic journey and ensure success!

Policy and Terms

Clients of From Fail To Prevail are responsible for the credit card processing fee. Payment methods accepted include Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash, Personal Checks, and Credit Cards via the Goldie App. ** Please note, you DO NOT need to pay via Goldie through credit card. All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable $30 fee. No-call/show for appointments will result in being charged full price for the missed session. Thank you for choosing From Fail To Prevail.

Initial Session With Assessment

Our initial session uses a variety of tools and reliable, research based-assessments to help the evaluator identify your child's academic needs and strengths to create personalized goals and lessons for academic success. Price is dependent upon subject(s) assessed, as well as time to complete assessments. You will be provided a copy of your child's assessment as well as a written evaluation within 7 business days.

1 Hour Tutoring Session

Our experienced tutors provide one-on-one subject support (reading, writing, math, science and social studies), homework help, and kindergarten readiness for Pre-K to 8th grade students. ** Please note : Price may increase for travel if session is held at student's residence.

Assessment & Evaluation

Yearly assessment is recommended for all students to evaluate their progress and adjust their learning goals. Price depends on subjects assessed and time spent on assessment. Evaluation is available upon request.
