Clients can cancel up to 48 hours of the service, you will receive a refund of your deposit. 

If the service has been cancelled before 24 hours of the service, the deposit is non refundable. 

It was my first time having professional cleaners clean the house and was not disappointed. I went for an initial 5 hours of deep cleaning and I am really pleased with the results. The bathroom was a priority for me, as it’s old and had plenty of build up of lime scale etc. big thanks to Kimberley and her team. I will definitely be getting booked in again.

Tianda did a great job - incredibly thorough and easy to have around - which means a lot as I work from home. I’ll definitely book again and would 100% recommend.
