The goal is to provide reliable, consistent, and outstanding customer service in a comfortable and clean environment. It is my duty to educate the client on Sisterlock TM and Microlock hair care before and after te provided service and ensure the client is happy with the service received.

At Free to Express Hair Studio, we value both your time and ours. In order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. No extra guest please. If you have a special circumstance or need to bring someone with you, please contact us before your appointment. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can make changes to your appointment through our scheduling system, or by contacting us directly during business hours. Thank you for respecting our time and policies!

4-5 Week Sisterlock/Microlock Retightening 3-Hours

(CURRENT CLIENT BOOKING ONLY) Retightening service for clients returning within 4 to 5 weeks of their last appointment. Includes a shampoo or steam treatment to cleanse and prepare the scalp and hair for maintenance. Regular retie intervals help maintain parting structure, prevent slippage, and support overall loc health. This service includes up to 3 hours. An additional fee of $20 per half hour will apply beyond the 3-hour mark.

6-7 Week Sisterlock/Microlock Retightening 3-Hours

(CURRENT CLIENT BOOKING ONLY) Retightening service for clients returning within 6 to 7 weeks of their last appointment. Includes a shampoo or steam treatment to cleanse and prepare the scalp and hair for maintenance. Regular retie intervals help maintain parting structure, prevent slippage, and support overall loc health. This service includes up to 3 hours. An additional fee of $20 per half hour will apply beyond the 3-hour mark.
