A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied toward your jewelry purchase. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule so your deposit can be transferred. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Permanent jewelry is custom fit and priced based on the chain and charms selected at your appointment.

Lifetime Warranty
All permanent jewelry from Forever Linked by Kaci includes a lifetime weld warranty. If your bracelet, anklet, or necklace ever comes apart at the weld point, I will happily re-weld it for you at no charge. This warranty covers the weld only and does not cover lost chains or damage to the chain itself.
