Cancellations & Rescheduling I completely understand that things can come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I have time to offer your slot to someone else * Deposits are transferable if sufficient notice is given * Less than 48 hours’ notice: your deposit will be lost and a cancellation fee will apply * Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the remaining balance is required Please note that any unpaid cancellation fees may result in being unable to book future appointments.
