Let’s figure out the game plan- To prevent no-shows and to protect my time, and your time, a small fee of $10 will be charged in the event of a no show to a consultation. This fee is only to prevent my schedule from being filled with no shows that are a bummer for everyone. Let’s save the date, buddy- In order to save a time and date, a non refundable booking fee of $50 is required, and deducted from total price. I do not draw, work on designs, hold (much) space in my brain for your project until this fee is paid and you are on my calendar. I (typically) do not show designs until the day of the tattoo, and I leave time for us to make minor changes and adjustments. This ensures that we do our best to communicate clearly, know what we want and what we are looking for to get the best tattoo for you! *THIS IS NONREFUNDABLE* but it is transferable once. If something happens, you need to grab a different date, etc, you can scootch your appointment to a different date. If you’re abducted by aliens, your cow goes missing, or your bones melt out of your body unexpectedly, and you can’t make your appointment- You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 72 hours before start time without needing to pay another booking fee to make another appointment. Obviously if there’s an incredibly unexpected event- car accident, puking kids, house fire, (all of these examples have happened to my real clients) etc, please let me know and we can talk about it. But what if something isn’t perfectly crispy- If there are some lines that just ain’t lining all the way, or packed color that isn’t quite packing, let’s revisit it! If it’s from my tattooing on the technical end, it’s free within the first 6 months. It is a big help supply and time wise if we can plan these touch ups to happen during one of your other appointments. If there are hiccups with your tattoo as a result of choices you made during healing (going to the pool, beach, getting sunburned, letting your dog lick it,etc) there will be a fee. That fee depends on how much work will need to be done to get your tattoo back to tip top shape.
