I came in today for a wash/cut/style.  Felicity was very warm and welcoming.  She listened to what I was explaining and executed it perfectly.  I felt at ease the whole visit.   I will for sure be a returning client.

Another fine haircut by Felicity! She genuinely hears her clients, asks clarifying questions and then delivers the best styling. Much appreciated!
