Deposits are non-refundable, once the appointment is booked and the £10 has been paid it will not be refunded. If you are unable to make your appointment and do not want to loose the £10 you can reschedule your appointment online up to 1 hour before your appointment… There is also a processing fee of £0.65, once your appointment is completed and you choose to pay the remainder of the balance with card, there will be another processing fee, or you can pay cash with no processing fees whatsoever.
