Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice Required: your booking fee* is non-refundable, bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the booking fee* being retained as a cancellation fee. *or a £15 fee will be incurred if no booking fee has been paid.
