Please review before booking 💕 📅 Cancellations: 24-hour notice required or a 50% fee applies. No-shows = 100% fee. 🕒 Late Policy: 15-min grace period. After that = reschedule or shortened service. 💸 Booking Fee: Non-refundable & required to book. Goes toward your total. 📲 Rescheduling: One-time courtesy transfer allowed if done with 24+ hrs notice. 🚫 No Extra Guests or Kids: Come solo for a peaceful, focused service. 👧🏽 Age Limit: 18+ only (minors must have guardian + consent). 🤧 Feeling Sick? Please reschedule. No fee for illness. 💳 Payments: Cash, card, Apple Pay available. Cancellation Policy We understand plans change. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel so we can offer your spot to another client. Less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee up to 50% of the scheduled service or loss of your booking deposit may apply. Emergencies/illness: Let us know — we may waive the fee as a one-time courtesy. If we must cancel within 24 hours (rare), we’ll work to rebook you quickly and offer a thank-you discount on your next visit. Rescheduling Policy Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit. Changes within 24 hours may be treated as a late cancellation. We allow one free deposit transfer with timely notice. Frequent last-minute rescheduling may require a new deposit or refusal of future short-notice changes. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early. Grace period: 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, service may be shortened or rescheduled (late fee applies). Consistent punctuality ensures a smooth experience for all. No-Show Policy No-shows (no call/text and no arrival) are charged 100% of the service cost and lose any deposits. After one no-show, future bookings may require full prepayment. Repeated no-shows can result in refusal of future services. Booking Fees & Deposits Most services require a non-refundable fee to secure your spot, applied toward your total on service day. Cancel late/no-show → deposit is forfeited. Reschedule with adequate notice → deposit transfers one time. Bridal/large group bookings require higher deposits or signed contracts. Age Restrictions Clients must be 18+ to book alone. Ages 16–17 may book with parental consent and presence. No children or extra guests allowed for safety and to maintain a calm environment. Health & Safety Feeling unwell? Please reschedule — we waive cancellation fees for illness. We follow strict sanitation protocols: disinfected tools, disposable applicators, clean linens, and frequent handwashing. Allergies? Let us know in advance for a patch test (24–48 hrs prior). Please arrive makeup-free for lash services or with a clean, moisturized face for makeup appointments. Payment Methods Cash Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover) Contactless Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) Gratuities are appreciated but never expected — cash or digital accepted. Mobile & Travel Services We offer on-site services for weddings, photoshoots, and events. Travel fees apply based on distance (quoted at booking). Minimum booking amounts may apply for weekends/peak dates. Mobile appointments require advance booking and a higher deposit (often 50%).
