Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. One rescheduling is permitted; subsequent changes will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit, and further appointments will not be available. All deposits are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for punctuality; a grace period of 15 minutes is allowed, but arrivals beyond 30 minutes may lead to reduced service time or cancellation. FAFA PROFESSIONAL HAIR BRAIDING reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion. By proceeding with your appointment, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
