Policy and Terms
1-Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. There is a 15-minute grace period; if you arrive later than that, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and must be paid in full before rebooking. Your next appointment will also need to be prepaid. 2- Rescheduling or cancellations require 24 hours notice. Last-minute changes or same-day requests cannot be accommodated. I also do not offer same-day appointments, so all bookings must be made 3–4 days prior. 3- NO SHOW WITH NO NOTICE = NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS No-shows without notice will not be allowed future appointments and must pay for the missed session. 4- Kindly follow the aftercare instructions I am not responsible for lash retention issues caused by not following aftercare instructions. 5- Come to your appointment makeup free. Please come with clean, makeup & products free lashes. Sunscreen, moisturizer and eye cream included. Please note that any product or makeup will affect the retention. A cleaning fee may apply if heavy makeup removal is required.
