Exotic Nails

Clients of Exotic Nails may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Each nail set comes with Gel Polish and two accent nails on each hand. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Rescheduled appointments will have deposits automatically transferred. A $30 fine per service applies for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Exotic Nails reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. All clients must adhere to health and safety regulations while on the premises. Exotic Nails is not responsible for any accidental  damages to personal items placed on the nail desk during service, e.g., cell phone. KIDS are Not  allowed at the nail desk or beyond. By booking an appointment with Exotic Nails, clients agree to abide by these policies.

I'm thrilled with my nail work. I loved it! 

I was given a gracious welcome and made to feel extra special when I was served a glass of fruit wine and ginger tea biscuits.  Then my feet were soaked, and dead skin was scraped off, and the calluses were removed from underneath my feet and heels. They were gently scrubbed with eucalyptus and Epsom salts.  The choice of the chrome and pearl nail polish was superb, and then when they were dry, the paraffin oil helped to seal in the moisture.  They were rejuvenated and feel softer than ever!

Normal, whenever I scheduled to get my toes painted they just remove the old nail polish and slapped on the the other one without clean up my nail, but today was completely different and I LOVE IT 💖 I REALLY LOVE IT and will definitely come again

My experience with the nail appointment was overall positive. Although the nail tech was late initially and we had to reschedule, the second appointment was much smoother and time efficient. I appreciated the professionalism during the rebooking and the quality of the service was great. A bit of a rocky start, but it was handled well in the end!

Workers are very friendly, very accommodative and you can see that they put effort into customer service. One key thing when you have clients Is to make sure you treat them as though they are your friends, even if you aren't friends. It builds relationship and trust, they do it well. I got a gift card for a pedicure by them, and I was 100% satisfied, I will definitely continue going and I recommend any day!
