To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for all guests, please review the following booking policies: • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance. • To maintain a calm and focused atmosphere, no additional guests are permitted during your appointment. • Service duration ranges from 2 to 5 hours, depending on the treatment selected, as well as your hair’s length and volume. • Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be transferable one time only. Please note: All deposits remain non-refundable. • Late reschedules (less than 48 hours) will result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. • No-shows will result in a permanent restriction from future bookings.
