A $20 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required within “ 24 hours “of booking, Failure to adhere will result in cancellation. Deposits are accepted via drop off or banking transfer. 

Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE if canceled with in 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.  We do understand that the unexpected can happen. Deposits can be transferred to a total of 2 appointments before a new deposit is required, when cancelling outside of penalty .

Lash Dolls are provided with a 15 min grace period, anytime exceeding will result in CANCELLATION or late fee of $15 dollars on case basis.
