Policy and Terms

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens and schedules may occasionally need to change. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time and small business.
