If you are not completely satisfied with your blow-dry or styling service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll be happy to offer you a complimentary redo to ensure you leave feeling confident and happy.

	•	This offer applies to the same style or service originally booked.
	•	Refunds are not issued unless the service was not delivered with reasonable care or skill, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
