DEPOSITS & PAYMENT A 40% deposit is due upon booking. 40% goes toward your service. All payments are final. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Remaining Payment: you will pay remaining balance of service after appointment/ i accept cash, cashapp, Facebook pay, credit/debit card ($1 processing fee) BOOKING Not sure what to book? Send me a picture! Via dm or text message, l'll be sure to respond in a timely manner. Please arrive to your appointment with bare nails. (Unless you have booked a soak off) soak offs need to be factored in to appointment time, it can take up to 45 minutes. There may be an inconvenience + removal fee if you do arrive with nails and I am able to still service you. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING No call no shows WILL be charged the remaining deposit balance. Appointments may be rescheduled online or through DM/ text with a 24 hour notice. Cancelled appointments must be made 24 hours in advance or you will not receive the 40% deposit towards your next appointment. The 40% deposit acts as a cancellation fee if you cannot reschedule or show up for appointment in a timely manner. LATE POLICY I offer a 15 minute grace period. After you may be subject to reschedule depending on service being provided. After 20 minutes you may be subject to cancellation. (See cancellation policy) If rescheduling is available you will be required to pay 40% deposit. I am located in Carl Junction, this may add 10 more minutes to your original estimated arrival time for old location. There will be snacks, and drinks available for your leisure. Don't worry! I am extremely understanding and will do my absolute best to make sure you're serviced if you're running behind. All I ask is for communication.
