1. Client Care & Safety All treatments are performed by trained professionals using sterilized equipment and high-quality products. A consultation will be carried out before any procedure to assess suitability and safety. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. 2. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Repeated cancellations may require advance payment for future bookings. 3. Payments & Refunds Full payment is required upon completion of services or at the time of purchasing packages. Payments are non-refundable; however, services may be rescheduled within the valid period. Promotions, discounts, and packages are subject to specific terms and conditions. 4. Confidentiality & Privacy All client information and treatment records will remain strictly confidential. Era Skin Lab respects client privacy and will not disclose details without consent. 5. Training & Courses Enrollment in training programs requires advance registration and payment. Course fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future batch in special cases. Certification will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course requirements. 6. Equipment & Product Sales All imported machines and products are original and sourced from trusted suppliers. A warranty and after-sales support will be provided as per product category. No returns or refunds will be accepted after purchase, except for manufacturing defects. 7. Code of Conduct Clients and students are expected to maintain respectful behavior within the premises. Era Skin Lab reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or violating safety guidelines.
