Lash Salon Policy PLEASE READ COMPLETELY 1. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are required. Please book online or call for Walk in availabilities. A $25 deposit is required to hold your appointment and Non-refundable . No deposit can lead to a cancellation of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance . No-shows will prohibited from booking again. 3. Late Arrivals: Arrive on time. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may need to be rescheduled and will be charged a $10 late fee. 4. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your appointment. Please reschedule if you are ill. 5. Payment: We accept cash and mobile payment options. Tip is appreciated but not mandatory. 6. Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment. Refunds for retail products are available within 14 days with a receipt, provided the product is unopened and in original condition. 7. Refill Policy: Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks for optimal results. First-time clients MUST book a full set and a removal if there existing lashes before booking a refill. 8. Client Conduct: Please be respectful to staff and other clients. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to termination of service and forfeiture of deposit. 9.
