Policy and Terms

Clients of Empire Prestige Academy may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure the appointment. The remaining payment is due at the time of the appointment and should be paid directly to the instructor. Failure to provide 24-hour notice of cancellation may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Empire Prestige Academy reserves the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with these policies.
