Was an exceptional time with professional feedback from Marcel with what he was doing and his findings wrt tight muscles.  Seriously impressed with his knowledge and expertise.  

 The pressure was spot-on, and the therapist knew exactly how to work through tight muscles without overdoing it. I felt immediate relief and a noticeable improvement in flexibility. I had a 90min deep tissue massage with Marcel to address my back injury from a bad movement, I did, whilst training at the gym. The massage was deep and he thoroughly focused on my affected pain areas. Marcel really listened and understood my needs and I left being able to move again, with hugely reduced pain!

Marcel's massage is definitely something. I've had many massages in my life before, including some really good ones in Bali. What I like about what he does is that instead of treating the whole body, he focuses on the parts that need care. He also understands that emotions are stored in the body and sometimes need support to be released—not something your usual massage therapist at a spa would know about. If you're really struggling with aches (even TMJ in your jaw), he can help ease the pain.
