Appointments
• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• Please arrive on time to allow me to provide the best possible service.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your treatment.
Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your treatment.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit
• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.
• Refunds
• Deposits and treatments are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by the salon.
• If for any reason we need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be transferred or refunded.
• Payment
• Final payment is due on the day of treatment.
• We accept cash / card / bank transfer .
Respect & Courtesy
• Please attend your appointment alone unless agreed in advance.
• Children and pets cannot be accommodated in the salon for safety reasons.
