About

Welcome to Embody to Awaken Embody to Awaken is founded on a simple yet profound truth: awakening does not happen away from the body it happens through it. In a culture that often encourages us to override sensation, suppress emotion, and disconnect from feeling, this work offers a return to the body as the gateway to healing, awareness, and freedom. To embody is to feel. To integrate what has been held. And through embodiment, awakening naturally unfolds.
