Embody Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health and medical history. Embody Wellness is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during or as a result of services provided. Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Embody Wellness and its employees from any claims or liabilities. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
