By booking an appointment with Embody Wellness, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a cancellation fee. Embody Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health and medical history. Embody Wellness is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during or as a result of services provided. Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Embody Wellness and its employees from any claims or liabilities. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to these policies and terms.
