Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show and non-transferable to another appointment time. Please ensure when coming to your appointment that you; •Come to your appointment alone due to space restrictions in the studio •Arrive on time as I have no waiting facilities •Arrive makeup free CANCELLATIONS* - Any cancellations made on the day of your booking will require the full value of the appointment to be paid. Cancellations made the day before the appointment and up to 5 days before will require 50% of the value of your appointment to be paid. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, it will be classed as a No Show and your appointment will be cancelled.
