Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show and non-transferable to another appointment time. Please ensure when coming to your appointment that you; •Come to your appointment alone due to space restrictions in the salon •Arrive on time •Arrive makeup free CANCELLATIONS* - Any cancellations made on the day of your booking will require the full value of the appointment to be paid. Cancellations made the day before the appointment and up to 5 days before will require 50% of the value of your appointment to be paid. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, it will be classed as a No Show and your appointment will be cancelled. You will also be charged with the value of your appointment. * By booking your appointment you are agreeing to these terms.

*NEW* Bridal Portrait Trial add on

*NEW* You can now add a bridal portrait session onto your bridal trial. Using a professional camera we will have a mini photoshoot to see how well the makeup photographs and make improvements where necessary. Ellie has a selection of veils and accessories at the salon so we can make you look and feel bridal! This session is the perfect opportunity to trial your bridal look. If you have your wedding jewellery or head dress etc it would be perfect if you could bring them as well as wearing light clothing. Having your hair styled also will make a huge difference in the quality of the photos and envisioning your bridal look! Photos will be sent via email 7-10 days after the trial.
