⏰ Grace Period:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and must be rescheduled.

All deposits are nonrefundable.
As a one-time courtesy, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
This courtesy does not apply to same-day cancellations or no-call/no-show appointments.

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

	•	Same-Day Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
