Policy and Terms

By engaging with Elite Companion Care, clients agree to the following terms: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their care needs. Elite Companion Care reserves the right to refuse services to any client at our discretion. By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

This allows your pet to remain in a familiar environment while receiving the best possible care from our trusted team. You’ll receive a minimum of five daily updates, complete with photos, so you can feel confident and connected while you're away. The team member assigned to your pet will not be out the house longer than 4 hours

Our basic overnight service includes a dedicated team member staying overnight in your home to care for your pet. This allows your pet to remain in a familiar environment while receiving the best possible care from our trusted team. You’ll receive a minimum of six daily updates, complete with photos, so you can feel confident and connected while you're away. The team member assigned to your pet will not be out of the house longer than 1.5 hours a day.
