Highly recommend for anyone who is new to getting lashes! I was anxious going in, but so so comfortable coming out! She was thorough and gentle and explained what was happening, which made me feel calm throughout the process, and it gave me a new sense of confidence! I tend to have sensitive eyes too and she was able to accommodate to that which was super awesome! 10/10 recommend  Kaitlyn!
