You are welcome to go in and out of the sauna during this time for your comfort. We have a hygiene & hydration station in the room. Please bring your own towel to sit on. Note: the sauna is not suitable for certain conditions. Please message with any queries, there will be a consultation form to fill out prior to use. We may ask you to get advice from your GP or health care provider.
