What Is Holistic Massage?
Holistic massage is a gentle, therapeutic form of bodywork that focuses on the whole person—not just the physical body, but also the emotional, mental and energetic aspects of wellbeing. Rather than treating isolated symptoms, holistic massage aims to restore balance, relaxation and harmony throughout the entire system.
Each session is tailored to the individual, using a combination of techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, soothing strokes and mindful touch. By encouraging the body to release tension, improve circulation and activate its natural healing responses, holistic massage supports deep relaxation, reduces stress and enhances overall wellness.
Holistic massage is ideal for anyone seeking a nurturing, restorative experience that promotes inner calm, self-awareness and complete wellbeing.

Body Alchemy 

You may book from 20-60 minutes. The price will vary depending on the time you use.
We recommend building up time and temperature. 
You are welcome to go in and out of the sauna during this time for your comfort. We have a hygiene & hydration station in the room.
Please bring your own towel to sit on. 

Note: the sauna is not suitable for certain conditions.
