I’ve experienced many massage therapists over the years but Nat is hands down the best! I have never experienced anything like it. She just knows where work is needed and I leave feeling lighter, cared for and deeply relaxed. Would absolutely recommend.  

Nat is a magician with her hands I walked in feeling tense and achy walked out feeling totally relaxed and so much less pain. I felt comfortable and calm throughout with Nat checking in often to make sure I was happy with the experience would highly recommend!

Took some time for much needed me time & went for an infrared sauna. Nat talked me through everything before hand & today. So different to usual saunas, hot yes but relaxing & therapeutic in such a different way. Came out glowing internally, not the sweaty red traffic light I am with usual saunas, also my skin feels so soft & my aches were much less achey & I’m so calm. Had a lovely tea & chat with Nat afterwards. Looking forward to the next one.
