Pls send your extensions to the salon a day or two before your appointment for preparation to enable service to move smoothly and faster. Extensions are also sold at the shop. Just DM the colours you’re using.
Kids are not allowed in the salon that’s if they are not the ones making their hair.
For those booking online, pls give an hour interval before you book your appointment if there is already an earlier appointment , it helps with time management & break time
