“I booked a head spa and 60 minute massage on Saturday. Eden was behind on time and I didn’t mind waiting. When it was my turn they rushed someone out and me in. I pulled the covers back and literally questioned if they had even changed the sheets! I thought about it the whole time. When the head spa and massage was over, I was getting dressed and realized that they were using a mobile head spa. This means the water is recycled. So they washed my hair with someone else’s water! That’s disgusting”
