Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
