Policy and Terms for East Coast Beauty

By booking an appointment with East Coast Beauty, you agree to adhere to our policies. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 25% of the appointment cost, added to your next visit. No-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service, payable prior to rebooking. We appreciate your understanding, we are all self employed and our business relies on these appointments. Giving a minimum of 24 hours notice will give other clients a chance to book that time slot. 

For Nail Enhancements, Senior Technicians guarantee Gel Nail Enhancements for 48 hours, while Junior Technicians offer a 72-hour guarantee. Please contact us promptly for any issues.

For Eyelash Extensions, appointments should be prebooked every 2-3 weeks. Services beyond 3.5 weeks will be charged as a full set, with potential additional charges for remaining extensions based on technician discretion. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Booked online for a pedicure and  was able to get an appointment for same day.  Pedicure was great, very relaxing and great conversation with Taylor. 

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming.  Very experienced and professional.  Always leave happy.

I had the most relaxing hair spa experience with Kayla . From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm and welcoming. My hair feels incredibly soft, refreshed, and so healthy, and the scalp massage was absolute heaven. Kayla truly pays attention to every detail and makes the whole experience feel special. Highly recommend treating yourself—you won’t regret it!

Avery was so lovely and did such an incredible job! They are extremely talented, and I loved getting to talk to them. Will definitely be going back in the future!

Today I seen Kayla for my very first headspa treatment. I have seen these videos on social media and have been wanting to try. It was amazing! I chose the Deluxe package because who doesn’t enjoy a little extra pampering. I was very happy and relaxed when I was finished. I will be back!

Hallie was absolutely amazing, she knew I was ready for a change but I was a little nervous, but I put my faith in her and she worked her magic and gave me such an amazing hair cut! We discussed a possible hair Colour and I can't wait for my next appointment she was so friendly and welcoming i definitely found my new hair stylist
