Policy and Terms for East Coast Beauty

By booking an appointment with East Coast Beauty, you agree to adhere to our policies. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 25% of the appointment cost, added to your next visit. No-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service, payable prior to rebooking. We appreciate your understanding, we are all self employed and our business relies on these appointments. Giving a minimum of 24 hours notice will give other clients a chance to book that time slot. 

For Nail Enhancements, Senior Technicians guarantee Gel Nail Enhancements for 48 hours, while Junior Technicians offer a 72-hour guarantee. Please contact us promptly for any issues.

For Eyelash Extensions, appointments should be prebooked every 2-3 weeks. Services beyond 3.5 weeks will be charged as a full set, with potential additional charges for remaining extensions based on technician discretion. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

She’s young but incredibly hard-working, super sweet, and really dedicated to improving her craft. Every set she does on me is better than the last. I’ve been going to Tanya for a few years now and absolutely love her. I have my lashes done every week and my nails done once a month. She does a fantastic job. I’ve also had other services done by Tanya and they’ve always been perfect. I highly recommend East Coast Beauty

My first time at the salon and Rachel was amazing! The space is so warm and inviting and so was Rachel. She welcomed me outside of her usual hours and was very accommodating. Always checking to make sure everything was to my liking through the whole service (full gel nail manicure)
