I was made to feel very welcome.  The lady that provided my treatment was very kind and patient.  I was quite nervous as when I had my ears syringed at the GP I came away feeling dizzy and sick.  I had none of this on this treatment, even to the point that I went straight back to work.  I thoroughly recommend.  I will certainly be back if required again.
