**Policy and Terms for Envy Hair & Beauty**

By booking an appointment with Envy Hair & Beauty, clients agree to the following terms. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made without penalty up to 48 hours before the appointment. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to 25% of the service cost, taken as a deposit at the time of booking. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Payments are due in full at the time of service. Clients acknowledge acceptance of these terms by utilizing our services. We reserve the right to update our policies, with clients notified of any changes. For inquiries, please contact us directly.
