Welcome, beautiful 💛 You’re not just booking nails—you’re joining the EMBELLI experience. We’re here to keep your nails healthy, your hands stunning, and your appointment stress-free. Here’s how we make every visit amazing:


1️⃣ Booking & Deposits – Your Spot is Reserved

Appointments are confirmed only after deposit.

Deposit guarantees your personalized prep and time with me.

Include your full name in the transaction.

Deposit must be sent within 2 hours of booking or your spot may be released.


💡 Why it matters: Your time is as precious as your nails. Deposits ensure you get focused, uninterrupted pampering.


2️⃣ Cancelations & Rescheduling – Flexibility With Respect

Reschedule 24 – 48 hrs in advance → keep your deposit.

Last-minute changes or no-shows = deposit forfeited.

Multi-service appointments: cancel one service on the day → 50% of canceled service charged.

💡 Why it matters: These rules let every client enjoy full, uninterrupted service—including you.


3️⃣ Late Policy – Your Time, Your Nails

Call if running late. Every 5 min late = $10.

30+ min late = appointment canceled, deposit retained.

💡 Why it matters: Keeps your appointment smooth and every client gets full attention.


4️⃣ Special Requests & Extra Fees

Sundays, holidays, or off-days = $100 surcharge

Accent nails are priced individually; combo accents = sum of individual nails


5️⃣ Booking Guidelines – Plan Ahead, Glow Ahead

Confirm your date, time, and services. Mistakes may result in extra charges.

Select all services and add-ons at booking to ensure enough time for perfection.

On my birthday 3 years ago Mikiesha touched my hands and I fell in love with her personality right away every time I went by her with my crazy designs she executed each one with perfection. Today after 2 yrs and she's the same person I fell in love with and even better my design came out perfect made me feel like the first time all over again
