EHS Nails establece una política de puntualidad. Se recomienda llegar de 10 a 15 minutos antes de la cita para facilitar el estacionamiento. NO SE TOLERAN RETRASOS ; cualquier llegada tarde puede resultar en la pérdida de su cita. Si llegas tarde se cobrará $1 por minuto tarde mientras no tenga gente después de ti. Si hay otra cita después de ti No será usted atendida por su retraso. 

Si decide cancelar su cita, perderá el depósito correspondiente. En caso de que EHS Nails cancele la cita, se reembolsará el depósito.
