Policy and Terms
Β£10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, paid via the booking system. Cancellations made 24β48 hours before the booked appointment will result in the remaining balance of the original appointment price being charged. Failure to do so will result in all future appointments being cancelled or declined until the outstanding balance is paid. Any changes to services within this 24β48 hour time frame will still be charged at the original booked service rate.
