(Cancellations & Rescheduling) -Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee. (No-Show) – Failure to show up or ghosting will result in a fee. (Liability Disclaimer) -Dunham Right Detailing is not liable for any damages to the vehicle or property before, during, or after the service. -Photos are taken before each job to document the vehicle’s condition and protect both parties. These records are kept on file. (Travel Policy) -If your location is more than 30 minutes away from my base of operations, a travel fee will be added to your total. -The fee will be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed.
