(Cancellations & Rescheduling) -Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee. These records are kept on file. (Travel Policy) -If your location is more than 30 minutes away from my base of operations, a travel fee will be added to your total. -The fee will be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed.
