Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a fee. Hollywood Customz reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for their appointments. Hollywood Customz is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred during or after services provided. Clients must adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols outlined by Hollywood Customz.
