A ear cleaning appointment is for basic cleaning out of the ears. Note I cannot touch them if they currently have an infection or other issue involving the ears.

Training session
This is a thirty minute training session where your dog will be worked with, to insure the get used to the grooming process in a calm and safe environment. This training session will include, getting used to the brush, getting used to the sound and feel of clippers, the sound and feel of the blow-dryer, and adjusting to having their nails done.
