Please note that if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours notice of your appointment you will lose your deposit. This policy helps cover any time loses because I won't be able to fill the slot on such short notice.

If you are unable to attend your appointment and you do not inform me this will go down as a "no show" and you will be charged 100% of what your appointment is worth and you will not be booked back in until this payment has been made.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I will kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date. This appointment will then be marked as a "no show". 
If you are going to be late for your appointment please let me know at your earliest convenience.

As a home based salon I cannot accommodate extra guests unless they are also being serviced. 

Any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and must get a parental consent form signed. 

I accept cash or bank transfer as forms of payment.

I had builder gel today as my nails are so thin and weak. The process was seamless and the time went quickly whilst chatting. I love my new nails and hope that it works for me. 

My experience today for extension maintenance was wonderful, thanks to Bec. She created a very welcoming atmosphere, and her professionalism was evident throughout. Bec's attention to detail ensured a perfect job, and I am genuinely thrilled with the results. A big thank you to her!
