To ensure a smooth and elevated experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking:

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new deposit to book a future appointment.
If you reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your original deposit will remain valid when using the booking link.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits can only be transferred when rescheduling is done within the 24+ hour window through the booking site.

No Call / No Shows
No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Guests
To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, I am no longer able to accommodate extra guests.
Please arrive solo unless the additional person also has a scheduled appointment.
(No plus ones or children at this time.)

Late Policy
I am located in downtown, and parking can sometimes take extra time. Please plan accordingly and allow yourself grace time.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled.
