*Deposits:
I would like to clarify the terms regarding our deposits to ensure everything is understood from the outset.
1.	Non-refundable: Once the deposit is paid, it secures your booking or reservation and covers part of the costs involved in providing our services. As such, the deposit is not refundable, even if you decide to cancel or reschedule the service at a later date. This policy helps us manage resources effectively and ensure that time and services are allocated accordingly.
2.	Non-transferable: The deposit is specifically for your booking and cannot be applied to any other service or transferred to a different individual. If you need to change the booking, I recommend discussing your options with me so I can assist you as best as possible under the circumstances.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
-Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

*Service Selection & Time Management:

To provide the best possible experience and ensure timely service for all clients, it’s essential that the correct service is selected when booking your appointment. Please review the service menu carefully and choose the service you would like to receive.

-Accurate Service Selection: When booking your appointment, please make sure to choose the service that matches your needs (e.g., Gel Manicure, Acrylic Full Set, Nail Art, etc.). If you’re unsure, feel free to ask when booking, and I’ll help guide you.
-Time Management: Appointments are scheduled based on the specific service selected. If the service you need requires additional time or is different from what was originally booked, we may need to reschedule or adjust the timing, which can affect other clients’ appointments.
-Service Received: You will receive the service that was booked. If you'd like to change or upgrade your service once you’ve arrived, please note that additional time and costs may apply, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Why This Policy?

This policy helps me manage my schedule more efficiently and ensures that every client receives the full attention and care they deserve. It also minimizes the risk of delays and ensures that everyone gets the service they’ve booked in a timely manner.

*Expectations For Timing:

Because I run the nail studio from home, I work with a carefully planned schedule to ensure each client has enough time to relax and enjoy their service. It's really important that we stick to the scheduled appointment time—this helps me give each client the full attention they deserve.

If you arrive too early, it can be tricky because I might still be wrapping up with another client or preparing for your session. I want to make sure I'm fully ready for you and don’t feel rushed when it’s time for your appointment.

Being on time is really important so that I can give you the best service without feeling rushed, and it helps me stay on track with the rest of the appointments for the day.

I want to ensure that all clients receive the best experience, and sticking to appointment times helps me manage the flow for everyone. A late arrival can delay the next client, which I want to avoid so they aren’t kept waiting.  

My goal is to see everyone at their scheduled time without any wait or minimal wait;  however, I totally understand that life can sometimes throw off timing, just don't make it an habit—just keep me posted, and we’ll figure it out together!

I’ve tried several nail salons in the area, and none compare to Nina’s. She did my nails for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. On top of that, her prices are very reasonable.

Worth every dollar! I love my nails. Exactly how I want them, every time I go. Appointments need to be made because she is booked solid, but accommodates in case customers “like me” mistakenly break a nail while trying to fix things in the house. The most wonderful conversationalist, too. One of the best I’ve been to in Camden County and I’m extremely picky.

Dianira does a great job of every time! I get so many compliments on my nails that I have to share her social media all the time. Dianira is gentle, but my nails still have great retention and can last over a month. When I have managed to hit a nail and break the acrylic, the acrylic broke so that my natural nail underneath was still intact. Can't recommend Dianira enough!
